Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.
Also included in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
